French Toast

Description

French toast is a dish made of sliced bread soaked in beaten eggs, sugar and typically milk, then pan fried.

Alternative names and variants include "eggy bread", "Bombay toast", "gypsy toast", and "poor knights".

Ingredients

• 4 slices of bread
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup of milk
• 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
• 2 tablespoon of oil for frying
• 2 tablespoon of maple syrup

Steps

• Mix eggs, milk, vannila in large bowl
• Dip bread slices in mix
• Fry until golden on both sides
• While still hot sprincle with sugar powder and serve with syrup
